Ingredients

1 medium Daikon radish
2 Tbs Rice or Balsamic vinegar (or a combination)
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped

Instructions

Wash and julienne radishes. They can be peeled or not as you like. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and toss the radishes with the dressing.
