Healthy Easter Egg Candy

Ingredients

1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Soy Milk Powder
1 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Coconut Oil
Pinch of fine sea salt
1 cup Nuts (optional)

Instructions

Cream coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt together until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Press into a flat pan. Chill to firm. Cut into small squares, then roll each square into small egg shape, then chill again. Use coconut oil on hands to keep from sticking. Once chille, wrap each egg with wax paper, then wrap again with colourful tissue paper. Keep chilled.

**Carob can be substituted for cocoa.
**Milk powder can be substituted for soy milk powder.
**Rice or barley syrup can be substituted for honey (may not set as well though).
