Quinoa Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients

1 C Quinoa
2 C Water
1/2 C Apples, thinly sliced
1/3 C Raisins
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Milk (of your choice)
Honey

Instructions

Rinse quinoa. In a medium saucepan, bring water and quinoa to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add apples, raisins and cinnamon, continue to simmer until water is absorbed (about 10 minutes). Serve with milk and sweeten with honey, if desired.
