Carrot Cake Muffin Treats Recipe

1 1/2 C Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
1 Egg
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
1/4 C Raisins
1/4 C chopped Walnuts
1/3 C Milk (dairy or non)
8 oz can crushed Pineapple
1 1/2 C grated Carrots


Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Bake at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes.
