Fennel Polacka

Ingredients

4 small Fennel
1 C White wine
4 Tbs Ghee
2 Tbs Bread crumbs
White pepper

Instructions

Slice the fennel and steam in white wine and some salt until al dente. Melt ghee and mix with the crumbs and pepper. Spoon over Fennel. Garnish with fennel green.
