Tahini Sauce
Recipe for Category Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Very excellent as a salad dressing, on rice, cous cous, falafels, even perogties and baked potatoes!
Ingredients
Tahini Dressing
¼ C lemon juice
½ C canola or safflower oil
¼ C tamari
1/3 C tahini
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ C water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
