Cold Zucchini Soup

1 large Onion, chopped
1 Tbs Butter
1-2 Zucchinis, sliced
1 1/2 C Vegetable broth
1 1/2 C Plain yogurt
2 Tbs Chives


Sauté onion in butter until golden. Add zucchini and cook 1-2 minutes more. Add chicken broth, cover and cook 5 minutes. Cool, puree in blender. Transfer to bowl, add yogurt and chives and blend. Chill well before serving.
