Cabbage Chowder

Ingredients
4 C Cabbage, shredded
2 C Carrots, sliced
3 C Potatoes, diced
1 Tbs Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Sugar
2 C Water
2 Tbs Butter
4 C Milk
Instructions
Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over low heat until the vegetables are done. Add the butter and milk and heat through. Serve hot.
