Cabbage Shred into salads! Add to stir-fries or veggie stews! Steam as a side dish! Use as a veggie wrap in cabbage rolls or dolmades!

Butternut Squash Wash, halve, and place face down in a baking dish at 375 degrees -- bake 40 minutes or until tender. Steam & blend with nutritional yeast + tahini, + seasonings for a vegan cheese sauce alternative! Feature in soups!

Yams The ultimate winter comfort food... Slice, coat with oil and seasoning, and bake yam fries! Steam and mash with potatoes! Slice and roast in the oven, drizzled with olive oil and rosemary! Feature in soups!
