Try oven-roasting an array of bite-sized winter veggies in a greased roasting pan. Toss veggies with olive oil in pan and top with sprigs of fresh rosemary. Roast at 350 to 375 degrees for
45 to 60 minutes or until veggies are done... heavenly!

Or why not take rosemary as a tea for enhanced memory and clarity? Rosemary is said to improve blood flow and stimulate the nervous system.
