Awesome for canning, freezing, or just fresh eating!
Allow to fully ripen at room temperature. Can be stored in the fridge before or after ripening, which will take 2-3 days. When fully ripe, they should be fragrant, slightly soft to touch, and the skin should peel relatively easily.
