We've found the unwrapped English cukes can appear at first glance to be a little wobbly, but they are still crisp inside, crunchy, and have awesome flavour! Be sure to wrap them in a reused plastic bag or perhaps a wrung-out damp towel in the crisper in your fridge. Enjoy!
