Radishes, Red (last week for bunched radishes!)

Gorgeous! Folks who love their radishes can't get enough of these beautiful + tasty specimens!

Lisa's favourite new salad: toss together very thinly sliced radishes, carrots, red onions, napa cabbage (or any cabbage, very thinly sliced), along with chopped parsley or cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and pumpkin or sunflower seeds. Toss with a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh-squeezed orange juice, garlic, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. So delicious that two teenaged boys ate 3 bowls each and fought over the remainder. Yes, really!
