Potato-leek soup is a favourite...or add some very finely chopped kale, for an extra hearty, tasty, and nutritious boost! Start with lots of sauteed onions, a little celery and carrot, and The Allergic Chef's Dill-Garlic herb spice (on our order page!), and this will be a crowd pleaser!
