As tasty as it is pretty! Stir fry, saute, braise, use in soups...you will find savoy cabbage fits into any number of recipes! And you can use a little at a time, as it stores well in a plastic bag in the fridge (you may need to trim the cut edge, but the rest will be just fine!).
