Golden beets...so pretty and tasty! Steam or roast them and serve with a little butter and dill...or chilll them to slice into salads of all kinds. They keep their golden sunshine colour when cooked, and are gorgeous on a plate with other vibrantly coloured veggies!

Their greens can be sauteed or braised, or just chopped into salads, or added to your green smoothies or juices!
