Kohlrabi (sweet + delicious, great for raw eating!

Slice off the thicker outer skin (if desired), then cut into sticks, wedges, slices...or however you like to enjoy these! Awesome on a veg plate with dip, or with a bit of lemon or lime juice and sea salt. *Do not chop too far in advance of eating, as they can take on a bitter taste if it starts to dehydrate.
