Potatoes, Fingerling (great for roasting/grilling)

These are BEAUTIES! And soooo tasty! Steam them lightly, then chop and toss them in a foil pack on the grill (tossed with butter or olive oil and garlic or garlic curls, sea salt and black pepper to taste). So delicious!! Great in potato salad as well. Or just steamed and topped with a bit of butter or olive oil plus chopped fresh herbs.
