Pears, Shinseiki (thin-skinned, pale yellow)

The golden yellow Shinseiki pears are delightfully juicy and crisp, and can be eaten whole. They make fantastic lunch snacks, or feature nicely on a dessert plate too...slices of Asian pear, Honeycrisp apples, a few Medjool dates, and Grass Roots Dairy's Extra Aged Gouda is a winning combo! Also delicious sliced into salads!
