Okanagan Grocery Artisan Bakery's bread special for the week of June 18-20 is Herb & Cheese Flatbread. This flatbread – topped with a traditional Bavarian herb & cheese spread called “Obatzta” – is made with a thinly stretched sourdough base. Enjoy with a summer salad!
Note! the OG special bread to be found at the June 8th Saturday Sale is Buttermilk Flax Raisin Loaf. A great breakfast-style loaf with plump raisins, toasted flax seeds, and rich buttermilk. Great when toasted, or for French toast!
