Spinach

Please note that bunched spinach will often contain dirt/soil, as it is harvested and bunched as whole plants, and if it is harvested in rainy conditions, it can be particularly "dirty". To prepare for use, simply fill a clean sink with water, swish the spinach to remove the dirt, drain and rinse out the sink, and repeat, until the water runs clear. (usually 2 rinses will suffice)
