This mix of apples may include some or all of: Spartan, Sweet Orin, Pink Lady, Gala, and Ambrosia apples. Some of these apples are starting to soften a little - we are offering these apples basically at cost to reflect the fact that they have been out of controlled atmosphere storage for longer and may be starting to break down somewhat. Please be sure to store them in the crisper of your fridge for best quality.
