Please note that the DELI sprout mix contains radish seed, and the radish sprouts produce very fine white hairs on the root end, that give a "fuzzy" appearance, often mistaken by customers for mold. If you see "white fuzz" on your deli sprouts, please look closer to see if this is what you are seeing - we suspect it is! (If your sprouts are brown, slimy, or smell "off", by all means, contact us for a credit...but if it's white fuzzy you are seeing, have no fear! They are ready to enjoy!)
