This week's potatoes are from Intentional Peasants, a long-time supplier that was once certified organic, but they have not maintained their certification as they sell the majority of their crop directly from their farm. We have agreed to continue to sell their beautiful potatoes, but with transparency around the fact that they are NOT certified organic. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about our decision or their farm. Also, please note that we will not include their potatoes in orders as a standard item...you will only receive their potatoes if you specifically select them as part of your order.
